Separate guest rooms in a comfortably furnished house (no stairs) with garden and fenced property in the centre of the Var, 45 km north-west of Saint-Tropez. Very nice view on the wooded hill opposite. Covered terrace and Jacuzzi for 1 to 7 friends and various seats in the garden. In July and August a small pool is set up.
The kitchen, the bathroom with shower, the living and dining room as well as the television, the terrace and the garden are shared. Internet via wlan free of charge. Fenced parking free of charge. The small French breakfast is included.
3 guest rooms for up to 5 people:
- alone or with two people: room 1 with a king-size double bed 200x200
- alone : room 2 with a loft bed 90x200
- alone or with two people : room 3 with a French double bed 140x200
I live with my two small dogs (4.5 and 5.5 kg) also in the house. They are well behaved and clean.
Please smoke only on the terrace and in the garden.

In the middle between Nice and Marseille near the A8 motorway, all places of the French Riviera and southern Provence can be reached quickly. Three airports are not far away: Toulon/Hyères, Nice/Côte d'Azur and Marseille/Provence. The nearest tgv station, Les Arcs/Draguignan, is only 18 km away.
The beaches of Saint-Aygulf and Pampelonne are only 40 minutes away by car. The Verdon gorges are classified as a remarkable site and are among the places to visit as well as the listed abbey of Le Thoronet - the wonder of the Cistercian abbeys of Provence and the wilderness of the Plaine des Maures - the first nature reserve in the Var department.
Saint Tropez, Port Grimaud and the many Provençal villages, the glamorous cities of Cannes and Monaco as well as numerous Provençal markets are an invitation to stroll. The wine cellars offer the pleasure of tasting regional products and buying souvenirs.
